  Pamela, one of the Stylists at this location was probably one of the most unfriendly stylists i have had the displeasure of speaking to over the phone. We had an appointment set up to see her as well as a groupon. We assumed the address given on the groupon would be the one we would be going to. This was not the case, sye very rudely asked immeadiatly if the groupon was expired and proceeded to tell us all groupon vustomes would have gotten an email update on the address. We however recived no update, and she failed to mention the adress change upong scheduling the appointment. We will not be creating a future appointment with her or anyone at this salon in the future. She clearly had very poor customer service and d8dnt seem to care about client loss at all.
